Shipping policy

Domestic - Shipping Fees are dependent on weight and supplies used to pack your order. USPS is our preferred shipping provider, and most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving our hands. If your package seems to be lost in shipping blackhole, please keep an eye on your tracking number. All Domestic orders are provided a tracking number. It is your responsibility to input the correct email address at checkout to ensure that you receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Free shipping on Domestic Orders is not currently offered for any specific sale amount. At times, we may run sales or specials where your purchase amount may qualify for free shipping.

International - Upon checkout, international shipping fees will be applied to your order total based on size and weight. Please allow 7-15 business days for international orders. Your order will come with a tracking number.

Grip Co.  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address before confirming your order, and use a valid and trusted address to ensure your package makes it to the correct location. Contact your local USPS if there are any issues. 

We do our best to ship your order within 2 business day of purchase, Monday thru Friday. Exceptions may occur. If there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly.  If you have questions about your order, please contact us by email.
